In order to access your emails, head to your domain and type "/webmail" after it. For example, if your domain was smallkey.co.uk, you'd go to smallkey.co.uk/webmail.
Once the page has loaded, you can enter your email address and password to log in. If this hasn't been set up for you yet, let us know and we'll set up your accounts for you - or show you how to set them up yourself.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Configure Mail Client" if you need to add your emails to your phone, computer or tablet. This will let you download a small piece of software that will automatically add your account to your chosen mail client (such as Outlook or Apple Mail for example).
Alternatively, to add them manually to an iPhone or iPad, you can follow these instructions:
First, go to Settings on your iPad or iPhone.
Scroll down and click ‘Passwords & Accounts’
Then click ‘Add Account’.
Now click ‘Other’
Click ‘Add Mail Account’
Enter the following details:
Name – You can call it whatever you’d like, the easiest is to just call it the email address
Email – the email address
Password – the password
Description – again I’d just put the email address
Now it will search for the account. You’ll be asked for some ‘host names’ etc. These can be found when you log into the webmail in your browser and scroll down a bit. If you can’t find these I can get them for you, but it’s usually mail.[domain] (for example mine is mail.smallkeystudios.com)
The username is your email address. If the password field is already populated, delete it and add it in again.
Enter all of your info and click ‘Next’ – this will take a minute or so to verify.
Make sure ‘Mail’ is toggled on and click ‘Save’
Now, when you go into the Mail app on your phone, you’ll be able to send and receive emails.
